• Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically present in Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania during the Promotion Period. If your social security number is associated with another TSG Account (as defined below) in Sponsor’s database, you may only earn one Promotion Bonus in respect of all such TSG Accounts under this Promotion. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus.

• Action Required

You must opt-in to the Promotion. To qualify for the Promotion, you must sign up for a TSG Account during the Promotion Period, verify your identity in order to play on the FOX Bet Sportsbook and opt-in to the Promotion in the Challenges section of your TSG Account. After opt-Ing into the Promotion, you must place your first real money wager on a pre-game proposition wager of any amount on any market available on the FOX Bet Sportsbook within the first seven (7) days of opting-in to the Promotion; provided that the final price of the wager must be -200 or longer (“Eligible Wager”). • Claiming Promotion Offer
